Platform

The marketing platform for brands that outgrew their stack.

Twenty-plus modules sharing one contact database, one segment engine and one reporting layer. Nothing to stitch together, nothing lost between tools.

The problem

Your channels don't talk to each other.

An ESP here, an SMS vendor there, ad platforms in three browser tabs, a CRM that nobody updates. Every tool has its own idea of who your customer is, and every report tells a different story.

Architecture

Four layers, one system

A shared foundation is what lets a WhatsApp reply update the same customer record an ad click created.

Layer 01 — Data

One customer record

Contacts, orders, events and consent state live in one place. Every module reads and writes to the same record.

  • Store, catalog and order sync from your eCommerce platform
  • Contacts grouped into boards — the audience unit every channel sends to
  • Saved contact filters that any campaign can target
  • Segmentation by geolocation, traffic source, on-site behaviour and purchase history
  • Behavioural events from site, email, ads and messaging
  • Subscription and consent state per channel
Layer 02 — Orchestration

Journeys across every channel

Build the flow once and let it choose the channel. Email, SMS, WhatsApp, push and on-site all take instructions from the same canvas.

  • Behavioural triggers, yes/no branching and wait steps
  • A/B test nodes that set priority across paths
  • Paid steps too — an ad campaign can be a node in the flow
  • Webhooks, pixels and data changes for everything else
Layer 03 — Execution

Channels and campaigns

Paid and owned in the same interface. Launch a Meta campaign, schedule a WhatsApp blast and publish a landing page without changing tabs.

  • Ads, email, SMS, WhatsApp, push, LinkedIn, social, on-site
  • Landing pages, forms, meetings and payments
  • AI assistant for copy, segments and analysis
Layer 04 — Oversight

Reporting, roles and billing

Attribution that follows revenue back to the campaign, and controls that keep a twelve-brand agency tidy.

  • Revenue and ROAS reporting across paid and owned
  • RFM segmentation on top of live order and behaviour data
  • Budget, currency, start and end dates set per campaign
  • Workspaces, users, roles and read-only client access
  • Per-workspace billing and usage

What's in the box

One workspace per brand.
One login for all of them.

Agencies and multi-brand groups switch between clients from a single menu, with dozens of connected ad accounts under each — and read-only seats for the client who just wants to see the numbers.

Questions we get asked

Do we have to replace everything at once?

No. Most teams start with one module — usually ads or email — and connect the rest as contracts with existing vendors expire. The platform is useful from day one and gets more useful as more of it comes online.

Can we use the platform without your team?

Yes. Plenty of customers run it entirely in-house. Managed services is an option, not a requirement.

How long does onboarding take?

It depends on how much data you're bringing. A single-brand eCommerce setup with a standard store integration is usually live in weeks; a multi-brand group with custom data sources takes longer.

What happens to our historical data?

We import contacts, subscription states and order history so your segments and suppression lists work correctly from the first send.

Which ad platforms are supported?

Meta, Google Ads and DV360 connect directly, with DV360 running server-side. Unified analytics and revenue attribution cover 13 ad platforms in total.
